Restaurante Miss Kōh se prepara para abrir as portas no RioMar Recife

O Recife entra em clima de expectativa para a chegada do Miss Kōh, restaurante que promete movimentar a cena gastronômica da cidade com uma proposta que une alta gastronomia asiática, experiência sensorial e identidade autoral. Em fase final de preparação para a abertura no RioMar Recife no final de fevereiro, a casa se apresenta como uma das estreias mais aguardadas desse primeiro semestre.

Após conquistar Salvador e se firmar como um hotspot da gastronomia asiática contemporânea, o Miss Kōh escolheu a capital pernambucana como seu próximo palco, integrando o plano de expansão do grupo D&M. A novidade vai agitar a cena local com uma experiência sensorial inédita na cidade, preservando o DNA que transformou o restaurante em referência e adicionando o tempero de novidade que deve despertar curiosidade, desejo e fila de espera.

Conhecido por cruzar referências das cozinhas japonesa, tailandesa e coreana, o Miss Kōh aposta em uma experiência que vai além do prato. O cardápio, assinado pelo chef Tsuyoshi Murakami, detentor de uma estrela Michelin, ganha ainda mais força com a participação dos chefs Paulo Shin, Maurício Santi e David Fonseca, formando um time que explora sabores intensos, aromas marcantes e contrastes bem definidos. A proposta se completa em um ambiente pensado para estimular os sentidos, onde gastronomia, arte e cultura oriental se encontram.
