Shopping Patteo Olinda recebe mutirão de coleta de sangue em parceria com UNINASSAU e Hemope

Com a chegada do Carnaval, a UNINASSAU Olinda promove, em parceria com o Fundação de Hematologia e Hemoterapia de Pernambuco (HEMOPE) e Shopping Patteo, um mutirão de coleta de sangue, nos dias 23 e 24 de janeiro, das 8h30 às 16h. A iniciativa, que integra o calendário de Responsabilidade Social, é aberta ao público e acontece no auditório da Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES), no piso L4.

A campanha tem como objetivo impulsionar a reposição do estoque do banco de sangue do HEMOPE, assim como incentivar a doação voluntária. Uma bolsa de sangue coletada armazena cerca de 450 ml e tem a capacidade de salvar até quatro vidas. O diretor da UNINASSAU Olinda, Hesdras Viana, destaca a importância da participação da população nesse ato de compaixão ao próximo.

“Doar sangue é um gesto simples, mas de um impacto imensurável. Com poucos minutos do nosso tempo, podemos salvar vidas, fortalecer o sistema de saúde e levar esperança a quem mais precisa. Acreditamos que formar cidadãos também é incentivar atitudes solidárias que transformam a sociedade e ajudam toda a população", afirma.

Para doar sangue, é necessário apresentar documento de identificação com foto, ter entre 16 e 69 anos, estar em boas condições de saúde, pesar acima de 50kg, estar bem alimentado, não consumir alimentos gordurosos três horas antes da doação, ter dormido, no mínimo, seis horas na noite anterior, não ter ingerido bebida alcóolica nas últimas 12 horas, não ter se exposto a contaminação por doenças transmissíveis e não ter feito tatuagens no último ano.

No caso dos menores de idade, o Hemope recomenda a apresentação do “Termo de consentimento para doação de sangue para menores de 18 anos”, que precisa estar assinada pelo responsável legal.

Não podem doar pessoas que tiveram hepatite após os 11 anos de idade ou que apresentem evidências clínicas ou laboratoriais de doenças transmissíveis pelo sangue, como hepatites B e C, AIDS (vírus HIV), enfermidades associadas aos vírus HTLV 1 e 2 e Doença de Chagas. A restrição também se aplica a indivíduos que já utilizaram drogas ilícitas injetáveis.
