Clientes destacam experiência no RioMar Recife em pesquisa nacional

Os shoppings administrados pelo Grupo JCPM - RioMar Recife, RioMar Fortaleza e Salvador Shopping - serão certificados pelo Experience Awards 2024, no próximo dia 18, em São Paulo, durante o Latam Retail Show. A certificação é uma iniciativa da SoluCX, em parceria com Gouvêa Experience, e busca reconhecer aqueles centros comerciais com melhor NPS (avaliação a partir de escuta 100% feita com clientes). Apenas são certificadas empresas com notas cuja média tenha ficado acima do setor de atuação.

Em 2023, o RioMar Recife, inaugurado em 2012, alcançou a primeira colocação no setor de shopping center. Já o Salvador Shopping, inaugurado em 2007, já foi destaque no Experience de 2022. “Diferenciação no mercado, hospitalidade, melhoria contínua e conexão com o público que nos visita são objetivos perseguidos por nossas equipes diuturnamente. E isso se reflete no perfil dos eventos, com forte aposta em cultura, em um mix que une diversidade de marcas, serviços e ampla gastronomia. Estarmos entre os destaques nesses quesitos é uma grande satisfação para a gente”, comenta a diretora de Marketing do Grupo JCPM, Daniele Viana.

As empresas podem se inscrever para serem avaliadas. Mas a organização também utiliza os dados do Experience Awards dos anos anteriores para fazer uma pré-seleção das marcas que, em nível nacional, atingiram um índice de “share of experience” maior que 10%. Para as novas categorias, foram utilizados rankings públicos, listas e estudos especializados para seleção das marcas. No dia do evento, ainda será eleito o empreendimento destaque do ano dentro da sua categoria. São cerca de 20 setores os participantes dessa avaliação.

O RioMar Recife busca oferecer a melhor experiência no empreendimento, prezando pela hospitalidade como parte de sua cultura e a excelência no atendimento, além de um amplo e variado mix de lojas, muitas delas exclusivas e internacionais. Eventos autorais e inéditos também fazem parte da programação do RioMar Recife ao longo do ano, estabelecendo uma conexão com os clientes.

GRUPO JCPM

O Grupo JCPM que tem atuação no setor de Shopping Center, posiciona-se entre os cinco maiores do País. Com presença forte no Nordeste, participa de 11 shoppings nos Estados de Pernambuco, Bahia, Ceará e Sergipe e que, juntos, impulsionam a geração de quase 50 mil empregos entre lojas e administração. Investe e desenvolve projetos também no segmento Imobiliário e, desde 1987, comanda um dos principais conglomerados de Comunicação do Nordeste, o Sistema Jornal do Commercio de Comunicação. No setor de shopping centers, fazem parte da empresa os seguintes empreendimentos: na capital pernambucana estão Shopping Recife, Tacaruna, Guararapes, Plaza Casa Forte e RioMar Recife; em Fortaleza estão o RioMar Fortaleza e o RioMar Kennedy. Em Sergipe, o RioMar Aracaju e o Jardins; em Salvador, Salvador Shopping e Salvador Norte Shopping - totalizando 500 mil metros quadrados de área bruta locável própria e mais de 600 mil ABL geral.
