Sebrae e River Shopping promovem festival gastronômico para aquecer turismo e economia

Explorar os sabores e a culinária típica sertaneja, oferecendo pratos e ingredientes por preços promocionais. Essa é a tônica do Festival River Gastrô, que estreia em Petrolina, entre os dias 8 e 11 de agosto, com o objetivo de aquecer o turismo e a economia, gerando renda para os pequenos negócios que atuam no ramo da gastronomia.

O evento, realizado pelo Sebrae e pelo River Shopping, também é dedicado a capacitar os empreendedores. Nessa direção, serão oferecidas aulas-show com grandes chefs como Roberto Ravioli e oficinas para pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade social.

Com sabores únicos e marcantes, a culinária do Vale do São Francisco é repleta de diversidade e cultura. O Festival River Gastrô é uma boa oportunidade para quem deseja conhecer e saborear esses pratos. Para isso, basta visitar um dos dez restaurantes que integram o festival. Cada estabelecimento irá oferecer dois pratos típicos com preços especiais.

A agricultura familiar também tem espaço nesta agenda, pois uma exposição agroalimentar  estará funcionando durante o festival. Serão seis expositores, entre agricultores familiares, produtores de mel, queijos e uva que vão oferecer os seus melhores produtos.

De acordo com o analista do Sebrae/PE Charlys Wilton a gastronomia do Vale do São Francisco é única e potente, contando com a diversidade de frutas e carnes nas receitas, porém, não possui demanda de consumo o ano inteiro. “Neste período pós São João, por exemplo, o movimento fica mais fraco, então, o festival gera uma demanda para aquecer este setor, aproveitando os potenciais de turismo, de lazer e de negócios”, explica.



CAPACITAÇÃO
Para quem é empreendedor do ramo de gastronomia e quer aperfeiçoar os conhecimentos para ampliar o seu negócio, o festival oferece uma lista com várias opções de aulas-show. No dia 8, por exemplo, Adriana Oliveira ministra aula show sobre Camarão sertanejo.  Ana Corina vai ensinar o preparo do go-cake, o famoso bolo arco-íris. Tem ainda aula show sobre contra-filé de sol aos pomares do Sertão, com Rafa Diniz, e de surubim oriental, com o chef Aquiles Leite, do Instituto César Santos.

O festival também cria oportunidades para pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade social, que desejam empreender no ramo da gastronomia. No dia 7, será oferecido um curso de doceria, com Ana Corina, para 15 mulheres em condição de vulnerabilidade social.

Já no dia 12, será oferecido um curso de garçom, com 30 vagas. O curso acontece no restaurante Monjopina, localizado no Bodódromo. Serão oferecidas ainda consultorias gratuitas com grandes chefs para restaurantes, lanchonetes e panificadoras sobre processos de produção em cozinhas.

MÚSICA
Para combinar com a explosão de sabores das comidas típicas do Sertão, o Festival River Gastrô preparou uma programação repleta de ritmos. No dia 8, Fabiana Santiago sobe ao palco, enquanto no dia 9, a banda Pôr do Samba embala o público. Já no dia 10, terá show do Secabudega e a banda Boteco Sertanejo, no dia 11, fecha a programação.
