Plaza Shopping promove oficinas de capacitação profissional para jovens de escolas públicas

Com o objetivo de sensibilizar estudantes sobre a importância do projeto de vida profissional e inserção no mundo do trabalho, o Plaza Shopping realiza a segunda edição do projeto “Jovens em Ação: meu futuro, meu trabalho”. A iniciativa, através de três oficinas, será voltada para cerca de cem alunos do terceiro ano de escolas de referência na Zona Norte do Recife como a José Vilela, no Parnamirim, nos próximos dias 5, 14 e 23, e a Silva Jardim, em Monteiro, nos dias 06, 15 e 21 de agosto, das 13h30 às 17h. A ação tem a coordenação da área de Responsabilidade Socioambiental do mall.

O trabalho terá o suporte da consultora e psicóloga Carol Conde, com mais de 15 anos de experiência e atuação no mercado, assim como o Instituto Aliança Emprego (IAÊ), uma Organização da Sociedade Civil de Interesse Público (OSCIP), sem fins lucrativos, com foco em educação profissional e inserção socioprodutiva de jovens. “As oficinas vão prepará-los para o mundo do trabalho ampliando seus conhecimentos por meio do desenvolvimento de metodologia aplicada. Queremos estimular o desejo de ingresso, permanência e ascensão no mundo do trabalho. Temos a expectativa de atingir até 50 perfis, por escola”, destaca a coordenadora de Responsabilidade Socioambiental do Plaza, Jakeline Soares.

Os temas das oficinas serão “Você e o Mercado de Trabalho – habilidades e competências no mundo do trabalho”, “Aprofundando Seu Conhecimento – apresentar estratégias de preparação para inserção no mercado de trabalho” e “Como Me Manter Empregável – superando os desafios do acesso, permanência e ascensão no Mercado de Trabalho”. Aqueles que concluírem 100% do projeto serão inseridos no Banco de Talentos da Plataforma IAÊ para possíveis oportunidades, bem como gestão com a orientação de cadastro, estímulo para trilha de cursos e testes disponíveis na plataforma.

Carol Conde – A consultora Carol Conde é formada em Psicologia, pós-graduada em Gestão Educacional e Pedagógica pela UFPE e especialista em empregabilidade juvenil. Tem mais de 15 anos de experiência e atuação no mercado. Desde 2017, atua na formação em desenvolvimento humano, socioemocional, técnico e comportamental de públicos diversos, jovens, profissionais de instituições e empresas públicas e privadas, visando contribuir para a empregabilidade através da formação e inserção qualificada, permanência e ascensão de jovens e adultos no mundo do trabalho, poiando a construção dos seus projetos de vida e carreira.

IAE - O Instituto Aliança Emprego (IAÊ) é uma Organização da Sociedade Civil de Interesse Público (OSCIP) sem fins lucrativos criada em janeiro de 2002.
