RioMar Recife é o 1º shopping do Estado a usar tecnologia de leitura de placas no acesso ao estacionamento

Com o objetivo de proporcionar praticidade, conforto e eficiência, o RioMar Recife está lançando um novo sistema de estacionamento, a partir desta segunda-feira, dia 8 de abril. A tecnologia contempla a leitura de placas e foi implantada para otimizar a saída dos veículos e melhorar significativamente a fluidez do tráfego. Ao chegarem, os clientes irão retirar um ticket nas entradas e farão o pagamento através da leitura do QR CODE ou digitando a placa do veículo nos terminais de autoatendimento ou no aplicativo do RioMar Recife.

Para facilitar, a saída será expressa com o sistema realizando automaticamente a leitura da placa do veículo assim que ele se aproximar da cancela, liberando a passagem sem a necessidade de inserção ou aproximação do ticket na máquina. Este novo processo visa tornar a experiência de estacionamento no RioMar Recife mais eficiente e agradável para todos os clientes. O shopping está usando a tecnologia desenvolvida pela WPS que disponibiliza a LPR (License Plate Recognition) – reconhecimento de placa através de uma câmera especial, permitindo maior controle no acesso, tendo em vista que tudo é feito a partir da captação de imagens, com geração automática dos dados.

RioMar Recife

O RioMar Recife está estrategicamente localizado entre as Zonas Sul e Norte da capital pernambucana. São mais de 450 operações, algumas exclusivas na cidade, em um mix que atende a todos os públicos. Com grande oferta de gastronomia, totaliza mais de 70 opções no segmento gastronômico. Quando o assunto é lazer, o destaque fica com Teatro para quase 700 pessoas, 12 salas de cinema, incluindo duas prime, uma com tecnologia XD e duas DBOX, além de um parque de diversões eletrônicas com boliche.

A oferta de serviços é outro destaque, com uma das mais estruturadas academias da cidade, Expresso Cidadão, Polícia Federal, Correios, Lotérica, e outros serviços. Um hospital dia, o Max Day, também integra o complexo do empreendimento, além de clínicas de saúde e estética.

Traz o conceito de sustentabilidade desde a construção, com materiais e equipamentos que reduzem a geração de resíduos e o consumo de energia e água, além da instalação de uma central de resíduos com gestão de cooperativas associadas. No empreendimento existem espaços apropriados para o descarte responsável de diversos resíduos, coletor de eletroeletrônicos, além de papa bituca para coletar, reciclar e transformar em papel esse material descartado. 

Anexo ao RioMar encontra-se o Instituto JCPM, onde jovens de 14 a 24 anos recebem aulas de elevação escolar e são preparados para o mercado de trabalho. O empreendimento ainda conta com uso misto, com cinco torres empresariais integradas ao shopping.
