Polícia Federal realiza exposição no RioMar Recife em homenagem aos 80 anos da instituição

A Polícia Federal irá realizar, em cada estado brasileiro, a exposição fotográfica PF80, em homenagem aos 80 anos da instituição. No Recife, no período de 16 a 24 de março, a mostra estará aberta ao público no RioMar Recife. A exposição contará com 14 painéis, contendo 28 fotografias representando as mais diversas atividades realizadas pela PF, como o combate à corrupção, tráfico de drogas, emissão de passaportes e controle migratório.

Em 2024, a PF comemora 80 anos, data que marca um processo de transformação institucional, cujo foco é ampliar a confiança da população, expandindo os mecanismos de transparência e participação social, e transformando-se em uma instituição com a cara do Brasil: diversa, plural, inclusiva, tolerante e acolhedora.

Mais do que a comemoração do aniversário, a data representa o marco de um processo de transformação institucional que a corporação atravessa nos últimos meses, com a criação de novas diretorias e o fortalecimento da atuação em diversas frentes, a exemplo dos crimes contra o meio ambiente, crimes cibernéticos, fortalecimento da cooperação internacional e aprimoramento das ações de formação e capacitação.

Esse processo contempla a inclusão de temas cruciais para a sociedade atual nos cursos de formação, como a sensibilidade à identidade de gênero e a promoção da diversidade, destacando a busca constante por inovação e aprimoramento da atuação policial, com ênfase em práticas mais eficientes e humanizadas e valorização dos servidores.

A Polícia Federal se consolida, assim, como uma instituição em constante evolução, referência no Brasil e no mundo, em razão do seu compromisso com os princípios da integridade, inovação, imparcialidade, ética e eficiência, empregados em todas as suas ações.
