RioMar Recife ganha reconhecimento local e nacional em premiações em 2023

Experiência do cliente, ações de sustentabilidade, valor da marca para os consumidores, o RioMar Recife foi reconhecido em diversas frentes ao longo de 2023, seja em premiações em Pernambuco, onde o empreendimento está localizado, como em prêmios nacionais. Foram cinco premiações neste ano: Prêmio Abrasce, Experience Awards, Marcas Preferidas, Selo Verde e Troféu Heitor Falcão.

O RioMar Recife ficou em primeiro lugar na categoria de shoppings do Experience Awards 2023, premiação idealizada pela SoluCX que tem como objetivo reconhecer as empresas brasileiras com o melhor índice de satisfação dos clientes. O NPS é um indicador que mede o alto poder de recomendação do público, uma premiação com a escolha direta do consumidor. Além de ter sido campeão na categoria, o RioMar Recife conquistou o terceiro lugar geral do Brasil entre todas as categorias.

Ainda em premiações nacionais, a 1ª Expo Preta, realizada pelo RioMar em parceria com o Instituto JCPM de Compromisso Social, ficou em primeiro lugar, com Ouro, no Prêmio Abrasce (Associação Brasileira de Shopping Centers) deste ano, um dos mais importantes do segmento. O destaque foi na categoria Newton Rique de Sustentabilidade - que estimula iniciativas conectadas com responsabilidade ambiental, social e governança. Expo Preta RioMar aconteceu em novembro último e tinha como um dos objetivos o desenvolvimento e inclusão de afroempreendedores locais na dinâmica do negócio, além de palestras e debates sobre diversidade.

No estado, o RioMar Recife foi eleito o shopping preferido entre os pernambucanos. O empreendimento foi o primeiro colocado da categoria no prêmio Marcas Preferidas, realizado anualmente pelo Diario de Pernambuco. O empreendimento já havia conquistado o prêmio Marcas Preferidas em 2018.

Ainda no âmbito local, o RioMar Recife recebeu, pela terceira vez, o certificado Empresa Verde, certificação concedida pela Junta Comercial de Pernambuco (Jucepe), em reconhecimento ao seu comprometimento com a preservação do meio ambiente, a eficiência energética e a responsabilidade socioambiental. O Selo Verde é um prêmio concedido para empresas que, comprovadamente, desenvolvem práticas ambientais sustentáveis e este ano foi a terceira edição, tendo o RioMar Recife premiado em todas.

Regionalmente, o RioMar Recife conquistou o Troféu Heitor Falcão na categoria de Shopping, em João Pessoa, na Paraíba. A premiação contempla as ações desenvolvidas ao longo do ano de 2023, ressaltando a característica regional do empreendimento, que abrange o público não apenas de Pernambuco, como de estados vizinhos.

A premiação, que é promovida pelo jornalista Abelardo Jurema, tem como objetivo destacar autoridades, personalidades, empresas e instituições de evidência nos diversos segmentos da sociedade.
