Espaço do Livro Camará promove workshop gratuito de defesa pessoal para mulheres

Neste domingo, dia 19 de novembro, o Espaço do Livro Camará, localizado no Camará Shopping, em Camaragibe, promoverá um workshop de defesa pessoal gratuito para mulheres previsto para às 16h. A ação acontece pela primeira vez no shopping e visa ensinar mulheres a se defenderem de situações de perigo cada vez mais comuns no dia a dia.

O workshop de defesa pessoal para mulheres é uma iniciativa que visa promover a segurança, a autoconfiança e a autonomia das mulheres diante de situações de violência e ameaça. A aula será ministrada por profissionais qualificados que ensinarão técnicas simples e eficazes de defesa pessoal, baseadas em artes marciais como o Taekwondo e Hapkido. Além disso, o evento também abordará temas como a prevenção, a identificação e a denúncia de situações de violência contra as mulheres, bem como os direitos e os recursos disponíveis para as vítimas.
Esta será uma oportunidade para as mulheres aprenderem a se proteger,  e a se fortalecer, além de interagir com outras mulheres que compartilham dos mesmos objetivos. O evento é gratuito e aberto a todas as mulheres que queiram participar. “Estaremos juntos neste domingo unidos em uma jornada onde aprenderemos não apenas a nos proteger, mas também a nos fortalecer. Este é um momento crucial para que possamos enfrentar o mundo com confiança e determinação”, reforça o professor Saulo Gonçalves.
