Camará Shopping recebe primeira unidade da Selfit Academias em Camaragibe

A Selfit Academias, uma das principais redes da América Latina, está inaugurando sua primeira unidade em Camaragibe. O novo empreendimento ficará ancorado no Camará Shopping, com uma área de mais de 1000m².

A nova unidade terá atendimento direto e rápido, estrutura completa e equipamentos de primeira linha, professores certificados, ambientes climatizados, vestiários, estacionamento e Wi-Fi gratuito.

Para o CEO da Selfit Academias, Fernando Menezes, a chegada da rede à Camaragibe é muito significativa. “Estamos felizes em anunciar a chegada de uma nova unidade da Selfit no Camará Shopping, em Pernambuco. A meta é levar a nossa marca para um número cada vez maior de pessoas, não só para as capitais, mas também para cidades de pequeno e médio porte e em todas as regiões do Brasil. Serão diversas modalidades de treino oferecidas, tais como:

 - Self Intense: espaço para a prática de cross training, ideal para quem gosta de intensidade;

- Self Move: local para aulas coletivas como dança, lutas, ginástica, pilates entre outras modalidades;

- Self Speed: sala equipada com bikes spinning que ajudam o aluno a adquirir resistência física através do fortalecimento do sistema cardiovascular;

 - Self Velo: esse espaço tem foco no treino cardio para aqueles que querem suar muito! Equipado com esteiras, bicicletas, remos, simuladores de escadas e elípticos que ajudam a adquirir resistência física através do fortalecimento do sistema cardiovascular;

 - Self Force: área com os melhores equipamentos de musculação e peso livre;

- Self Digital: espaço criado através do aplicativo Weburn, o verdadeiro Streaming da vida saudável, disponibiliza treinos, dicas de alimentação e videoaulas. Mesclando presencial e virtual, o Self Digital oferece aos alunos 19 modalidades de treinos.

O horário de funcionamento da nova unidade da Selfit será estendido em relação ao do shopping, funcionando de segunda a sexta-feira das 05h às 23h, de sábado das 08h às 18h e de domingo das 08h às 14h.

Em 2012, os fundadores inauguraram em Salvador (BA), a primeira unidade do que se tornaria a Selfit Academias - uma das maiores redes da América Latina.
