Shoppings do Grupo JCPM realizam campanha de combate ao trabalho infantil

O trabalho infantil é um dos mais cruéis problemas sociais. Com a pandemia, a situação se tornou ainda mais grave nas grandes cidades. Para alertar a população, o Grupo JCPM, através dos seus empreendimentos, se uniu a entidades da rede de proteção à criança e adolescentes para lançar uma campanha de sensibilização visando o combate ao trabalho infantil. Com a frase “Respeite o futuro de uma criança”, a iniciativa busca apoio da sociedade em não estimular a permanência delas em atividades com algum tipo de remuneração, seja comercializando pequenos itens ou mesmo praticando a mendicância. As peças passam a ocupar os shoppings a partir desta segunda-feira, dia 14, e seguem até o final do mês.

No RioMar Recife, por exemplo, são parceiros na iniciativa junto com o Instituto JCPM, o Conselho Municipal de Defesa e Promoção dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (COMDICA), o Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT), o Tribunal de Justiça de Pernambuco, o Conselho Tutelar, a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social, Direitos Humanos, Juventude e Políticas sobre Drogas e FEPETIPE - Fórum Estadual de Prevenção e Erradicação do Trabalho Infantil em Pernambuco e a entidade social Pequeno Nazareno.

“No mês de junho é lembrado nacionalmente o combate ao trabalho infantil. Estamos realizando neste momento em quatro Estados (Bahia, Sergipe, Ceará, além de Pernambuco) parcerias com entidades da rede de proteção à criança e ao adolescente para trabalhar a temática. No Recife, o RioMar está colocando o assunto de forma leve e, ao mesmo tempo, firme sobre os efeitos danosos no futuro de cada criança ao permanecer trabalhando nas ruas”, destaca a diretora de Desenvolvimento Social do Grupo JCPM, Lucia Pontes. Fazem parte da campanha, os shoppings Jardins e RioMar Aracaju, em Sergipe, RioMar Fortaleza e RioMar Kennedy, no Ceará, Salvador Shopping e Salvador Norte Shopping, na Bahia, além do RioMar Recife.

O dia 12 de junho foi instituído em 2002 pela Organização Mundial do Trabalho (OIT) como o Dia Mundial de Combate ao Trabalho Infantil a fim de reforçar a conscientização das famílias, sociedade, governos e empresários sobre a importância de se erradicar essa prática.

2021 foi indicado pela Organização Internacional do Trabalho como o ano Internacional para eliminação do trabalho infantil, com foco em promover ações legislativas e práticas para erradicar essa problemática tão séria e que afeta várias nações, sobretudos as mais pobres.

A concepção da campanha foi feita pela equipe de marketing do RioMar Recife a partir de diretrizes do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) e será levada para outros Estados onde o Grupo JCPM te atuação. As peças buscaram, a partir de frases e ilustrações, fazer a sociedade refletir sobre o tema. Entre os alertas estão: Respeite o futuro de uma criança. Diga sim a mais crianças e adolescente nas escolas; Diga sim a mais crianças com direto a acolhimento de um lar; Diga sim para mais crianças com acesso à cultura e lazer. Um vídeo de posicionamento também será veiculado nos canais oficiais do empreendimento, além de TV aberta e fechada, ao longo da campanha.

“O RioMar sempre procura dialogar com a sociedade sobre temas importantes. E consideramos a situação o trabalho infantil como uma das grandes questões sociais. Por isso, aproveitamos a circulação de milhares de pessoas diariamente no nosso empreendimento para convidá-las a refletir sobre o assunto.
