Palestra no RioMar aborda liderança com valores

São mais de vinte anos pesquisando e falando que as empresas precisam pensar e fazer negócios de um jeito mais ético, transparente, responsável e íntegro, com respeito ao outro (clientes e colaboradores) e cuidado com o meio ambiente. Essa tem sido a causa do consultor master em sustentabilidade Ricardo Voltolini, que já atendeu mais de 350 empresas no Brasil.

Nesta quinta-feira, dia 21 de março, ele estará no Teatro RioMar participando do evento Conexão Sustentável. O tema da palestra, que começa às 9h30, será “Liderança com Valores – Uma conversa para líderes de hoje e do amanhã”. Como anda a cultura da sustentabilidade e de liderança com valores nas empresas brasileiras? O Viva RioMar conversou com Ricardo para entender um pouco mais este cenário. Os ingressos, que custam R$ 40 (inteira) e R$ 20 (meia), estão à venda na bilheteria e no site do teatro. Toda a renda será revertida para a Escola Mangue.

Segundo Ricardo, a cultura define a identidade, os valores, princípios e crenças de uma empresa. “Quado falamos de uma empresa que tem a cultura da sustentabilidade, falamos de uma empresa que adota valores relacionados com o conceito de sustentabilidade. Para mim, sustentabilidade empresarial é um novo jeito de pensar e fazer negócios com ética, transparência, integridade, responsabilidade, respeito à diversidade, respeito ao outro (colaboradores e clientes) e cuidado com o meio ambiente”, define. Mas é preciso deixar bem claro que sustentabilidade não é apenas meio ambiente. “Sustentabilidade é um conjunto de questões relacionadas à governança, à dimensão social e ambiental de uma empresa.”

Mas aqui vai a atenção: é um novo jeito de pensar e FAZER. Mesmo que a empresa não tenha esses valores, ela pode muito bem passar a inseri-los, adotando-os como valores de sua atuação. “Os colaboradores, ao entrarem nesta empresa, rapidamente perceberão que esses valores são importantes. Se a empresa cometer qualquer deslize, o colaborador terá todo direito de questioná-la”, ressalta Ricardo.

Logo, se não for genuíno, não é cultura. É propaganda, visão marqueteira. “Cultura é um conceito de dentro pra fora. Você só constrói cultura se estabelece relação de confiança com todas as partes interessadas, começando pelos colaboradores, que são os seus principais embaixadores. Eles precisam ter convicção de que tudo aquilo que a empresa faz é verdadeiro”, explica o especialista.

Qualquer empresa, pode, portanto, iniciar este movimento, mas ANTES, é preciso fazer um exercício muito honesto e avaliar os impactos sociais, ambientais e econômicos que ela exerce. “Primeiro, a lição de casa, depois a comunicação. A moda pode querer levar algumas empresas a terem o desejo de ser sustentáveis, mas elas podem queimar alguma etapa. Queimou etapa, vai se dar mal, vai parecer mentirosa”, diz Ricardo, com toda a certeza de um estudioso da área.
